Here at All Things Asia we want to make shopping online as easy as possible for you.
We hope you love your online purchases but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the items you’ve purchased.
To return an item, please message us in the first instance.
Please post your return within 7 days of your receipt. (Please keep receipt as proof of posting).
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags and packaging must remain in place.
We suggest our customers try on purchased garments as soon as they are received to ensure return times can be met.
Once we receive the garment, it will be quality checked and if there are no issues, a refund processed.
If you request a payment refund, this will be minus the original postage costs. If you are exchanging, the postage costs will be covered by us.
Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility All Things Asia.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for Sale or Reduced items. All Sale items are considered final sale.
Jewellery will not be accepted as a change of mind for hygiene reasons, however we would accept return of faulty goods (please contact us first in this instance with photographs).
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
We are a small independent business (there is just the two of us) and to ensure we continue to offer the highest quality we regularly spend time in India working directly with our tailors to discuss designs, materials and sizing. For this reason we are unable to accept any returns during the months of December - March.
This would only really affect purchases made in late November/early December. In this instance if something wasn’t right for you, we would do our best to help you sell on to someone else.
FAULTY ITEMS
The majority of our garments are handmade in India by small independent tailors using individual machines. We understand that human error can lead to small faults. All our garments are quality checked before leaving India and checked again by ourselves before being packed.
In the event that something has been missed and you receive a garment that has a fault, please message us in the first instance with photographs. Return postage costs will be covered by us and you can choose an exchange or refund.
**Please note – this does not apply to garments that are made using Recycled Material unless the fault is structural**
EXCHANGES
You can exchange a full priced item within 14 days of purchase (the returning item still need to be posted to us within 7 days of your receipt). If you are returning an item and do wish to exchange, please message us in a timely manner so we can put aside the exchange piece for you.
